Scott E. Stevens

Scott E. Stevens was born and raised in Longview, Texas. Scott attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and received his B.A. in 1991. After graduating from college, Scott attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He received his J.D. in 1994.

After completing law school, Scott returned to Longview and went to work at Harbour, Smith, Harris & Merritt, P.C., where he primarily handled litigation matters for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. During that time, Scott tried over 30 jury trials to verdict, both in state and federal court.

David P. Henry

David P. Henry was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. He Texas Christian University for college, where he graduated magna cum laude with a political science degree. David attended Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas and served on the Texas Tech Law Review. He was selected to the Order of the Coif and graduated magna cum laude from law school in 2000.

David began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Thomas W. Reardon, Jr.

Thomas W. Reardon, Jr. was born in Marshall, Texas and raised in Pittsburg, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received his B.S. degree with honors in 1981. After graduating from college, Tom attended Texas Tech University School of Law and received his J.D. in 1984.

Tom has experience in both trial and appellate work. He served as a briefing attorney for the Eleventh State Court of Appeals in Eastland, Texas, during his first year out of law school, working for the Court during the 1984-85 term.
